LB系列模塊式瀝青混合料攪拌設備性能特點簡介
1、攪拌樓體純模塊化設計,運輸、安裝快捷方便,超大廢料、溢料分家.
2、配料器環行皮帶給料機,變頻調速,高低可調,獨特結構便于更換皮帶,使喂料更順暢,減少了功率的消耗.并帶有無料報警燈.
3、高效保溫的干燥滾筒,特殊的葉片及料簾形式使熱交換更充分,再配以高效節能的進口燃燒器,重、柴油兩用,節約了能源的消耗.
4、振動篩采用振動體外置直線式全封閉結構,篩分效率高,維護、更換篩網方便.
5、熱骨料倉裝有連續式料位器,操作人員可一目了然.并且骨料的計量采用大小門二次計量,大大提高了計量精度.特殊結構的料門,不易卡料.
6、采用雙減速電機,高速端同步.稱好的瀝青,經泵直接噴入拌鍋,粉料經螺旋撒入拌鍋,使攪拌更均勻而迅速.并預留有木質纖維添加接口及舊料再生入口.
7、除塵系統采用進口諾美克斯布袋,使排放到大氣中的粉塵濃度小于50mg/Nm3。清吹下來的粉塵，經粉提進入回收粉罐，重新利用，避免了二次污染。
8、控制系統采用SIEMENS整體解決方案，使用PROFIBUS現場總線，組成一個中大型的分布式自動化系統，在操作方式上，采用雙工業計算機熱備份，動態顯示，無按鈕、由鼠標完成各種操作，實時故障監測控制，具有參數設定、數據管理、故障診斷等功能。計量精確，可實現自動、半手動和手動控制，性能穩定可靠。
